Project Development Junior Manager

MISSION
Support the coordination and implementation of Project Development activities. Act as the primary focal point for administrative procedures and cross-departmental alignment—from initial site identification until the project secures a Land Use Right Certificate (LURC) or Construction Permit.

KEY ACTIVITIES
1. Data Collection & Project Profiling:
• Proactively collect and verify land-related data: land-use plans, construction indicators, and legal approval status.
• Monitor site design results and assist senior management in presenting concepts to local authorities or partners.
• Collaborate with Site Finders to finalize Site Reports for the Strategy & Market Research team.
2. Feasibility & Financial Support:
• Conduct preliminary field research on market pricing, rental rates, and land clearance compensation costs.
• Provide accurate project data to the Finance Department to facilitate the Feasibility Study (FS).
3. Document Management & Permitting:
• Draft and prepare dossiers for government submissions, ensuring all documents are technically correct, complete, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department and external consultants to prepare draft contracts, MOUs, and framework agreements.
• Track the progress of payment requests and administrative fees related to project licensing.
4. Project Coordination:
• Organize Project Kick-off meetings by consolidating reports from all internal departments (Strategy, Property, Finance).
• Support ground-breaking and opening ceremonies, ensuring all local legal requirements for events are met.
• Assist in promoting CRV’s local CSR activities (agricultural connections, social welfare) in project areas.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, Construction, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Legal, Project Development, or Retail Real Estate.
Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint for project presentations.

Mobility: Willing to travel frequently to provinces for site work and government meetings.
