About the Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining IT operations at stores, ensuring systems run smoothly and users receive timely support.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support (40%)
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and application issues
- Provide onsite support at stores and offices
- Install and configure hardware, OS, and applications
- Manage user accounts, emails & access rights
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Support new store openings & deployments
System & Batch Monitoring (40%)
- Monitor network, core services, and system jobs
- Handle batch jobs ($U, Informatica) and follow SOPs
- Coordinate with related teams to resolve issues
- Support users via ticket, email, chat
Others (20%)
- Build and update knowledge base
- Research new technologies
- Support tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Certifications: MCSA, CCNA
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support
- Experience with:
- Network & hardware troubleshooting
- Ticketing systems (Jira, Service Desk, etc.)

Working Time
- Willing to work in shifts:
- 07:00 - 16:30
- 08:30 - 18:00
- 12:30 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 07:30
