Food Safety Team Leader (Temporary) - 9 Months

Job descriptions

1.   Ensure standards, reguations and laws regarding food safety to be implemented and adhered at stores nationwide.

  • Participate in composing, updating and guiding the application of procedures on food safety (according to the Company’s internal regulation, legal requirements or HACCP) for entire system.
  • Cordinate, conduct cross-check audits and do national report to verify the implementation of food safety regulation at stores nationwide based on internal & external audit plans.
  • Follow up on the corrective action plan for nonconforming findings at
  • Monitor the calibration of measuring equipment (scales, thermometers) to ensure compliance with.

2.       Monitor food safety for products at stores.

  • Cordinate and oversee the implementation and progress of product testing plan with external laboratoies on store’s food (fresh/ processed foods, supplying water, edible ice) and monitor the results and corrections (if necessary).
  • Guide and participate in resolving customer complaints related to food safety when.

3.       Supervise training on food safety regulation at stores.

  • Monitor and track the grogress of training plan for store employees on food safety including in-house and external training as well as food safety knowledge training..
  • Cordinate and engage in online training for all employees of stores based on the online traning plan for entire.

4.       Manage stores’ licenses or certificates related to food safety.

  • Cordinate, communicate and collaborate with other departments to support stores in obtaining renewed or new certificates/ licenses (Food Safety Certificate, Alcohol Retail License, HACCP…).
  • Report nationwide for the validity and scope of production and business on stores’ license to ensure legal.

5.       Review and control documents related to food safety and regualation compliance at region’s stores.

  • Report nationwide for compliance regarding the validity and results of records: food safety training certificates, equipment calibration- scales, thermometers and store’s products testing.

6.       Other tasks

  • Cordinate and support to report food safety issues occurring at stores nationwide to Food Safety Director and Head of Security Group.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Food Safety Director and Head of Security.

 

Other requirements

  • Education: University degree, priority in Food, Chemical, Biology, Biology Technology falcuties.

  • Seniority: At least 3 year experience in quality and food safety management , priority in retail or food production.

  • Language: Basic English

  • Office skills: Microsoft office, especially in Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Attitude: Maturely, seriously and honestly.

  • Functional knowledge & experience:

    • Having experience in quality management, priority in retail or food
    • Having knowledge of food safety, food quality control, food quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ... and related legal regulation.

    Functional skill:

    • Training and Communication. Analyzing and problem solving.
    • Internal audit on Quality, Food Safety

    Managerial skill: Leadership. Planning.
