Customer Service Officer

Customer Service Officer is the point of contact for 2nd tier to support BUs (Business Units) customer service/call center to investigate cases and furnish resolutions.

Job Description

  • Provide BUs with reliable up-to-date and complete information
  • Manage customers’requests and complaints. Collaborate with related functions to deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within SLA to meet customer’s satisfaction
  • Track record of customer cases to suggest process/solution to prevent similar cases from occurring
  • Assist loyalty program launch preparation such as training section organization and system/application testing.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in BA or related field
  • Seniority: 2-3 years experience in customer service or related field
  • Language:  Fluent in English & Vietnamese
