Customer Service Officer is the point of contact for 2nd tier to support BUs (Business Units) customer service/call center to investigate cases and furnish resolutions.
Job Description
- Provide BUs with reliable up-to-date and complete information
- Manage customers’requests and complaints. Collaborate with related functions to deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within SLA to meet customer’s satisfaction
- Track record of customer cases to suggest process/solution to prevent similar cases from occurring
- Assist loyalty program launch preparation such as training section organization and system/application testing.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in BA or related field
- Seniority: 2-3 years experience in customer service or related field
- Language: Fluent in English & Vietnamese
