MISSION:
Ensure disciplined execution (anticipating issues) and data analysis and coordination of the Non-Food Trade Plan.
ACTIVITIES:
Follow-up on Trade Plan process compliance once validated
- Once validated, ensure the respect of the briefings and catalogue rules with Category Development Managers and marketing team
- Anticipate risks and prepare teams for timely offer submission and campaign validation
Performance Monitoring, Data analysis and dashboarding
- Support weekly performance reviews with BI insights and root cause analysis
- Follow-up on dashboard creation in line with IT team
- Recommend improvements to boost performance and simplify campaign tracking
Trade Plan Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure reliable and accurate data inputs (esp. Category Development Manager and Sourcing Executive for Master Data updates on product lists, etc.)
- Maintain and update campaign data in Master Data systems (Gold, MDT, MPS, etc.)
- Ensure data consistency across all tools and divisions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis, or similar coordination roles; experience in FMCG or Retail is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience working with Master Data systems is a plus
