Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, trading terms, and promotions.
- Plan and manage seasonal assortments and fashion campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure effective product display and sell-through.
- Monitor sales performance, margin, and inventory to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or category management in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and consumer insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- English communication skills (both written and spoken).
