Job Description
Core Purpose of the Job:
- To manage and execute content and public relations strategies across digital channels, enhancing brand presence and engagement.
- To develop and implement effective social media campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Social Media Management:
- Oversee daily operations of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Adapt and optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns, including both organic and paid strategies.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media campaigns and ensure timely implementation.
3. Content Development:
- Create and manage high-quality content for various digital platforms.
- Write compelling and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide reports on key metrics.
- Use insights to optimize content and campaign strategies for better results.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, KOLs, and communities, to launch campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Trend Analysis:
- Identify and analyze trends and insights to target customers effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies based on market insights.
7. Assigned-Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the budget for social media activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
