MISSION: Support the project management team in cost control, contract administration, and project documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
ACTIVITIES
Collect, store, and update project documents such as plans, reports
Manage contractor list, bidding documents, payment records, cost items, materials, and unit price
Support project managers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks
Monitor project progress and task completion
Consolidate and report project status to project managers or stakeholders
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the project or management
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Accountant or related field.
Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Office Skills: Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
