MISSION: Support the project management team in cost control, contract administration, and project documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
ACTIVITIES
Project Document Management
- Collect, organize, store, and update all project-related documents (plans, reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
- Maintain contractor/vendor lists, bidding documents, and payment records
- Manage document registers, including technical drawings and archives
- Maintain cost databases, materials lists, and unit pricing records
Risk Management
- Support the Project Manager in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks
Progress Monitoring
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
- Proactively follow up and remind team members of deadlines and pending actions
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Organize meetings, events, and prepare relevant materials
- Provide coordination support for project-related activities
Reporting
- Consolidate data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on project status for the Project Manager and stakeholders
General Administrative Support
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support project operations
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Accountant or related field.
Office Skills: Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
