- Values & Code of Conduct
Consistently demonstrate and uphold the company’s values and code of conduct and follow internal regulation of EBS in all professional activities and interactions.
- Forecasting
Produce accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales insights. Utilising advanced analytics and demand planning software to analyse data and improve forecasting accuracy
- Inventory management
Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock and reducing waste.
- Performance monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, availability and service levels and take corrective actions and prevent repeating errors. Escalate serious service exceptions to my manager in a timely manner
- Collaboration
Share ideas and suggest solutions to improve our demand planning processes with my manager and teammates.
Work closely with commercial, operations, logistics, suppliers and finance teams to align demand planning with business goals and solve daily operation issues.
Support my co-workers to deliver the results and follow up progress.
- Supplier collaboration
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability and work with suppliers to identify and correct the root causes of service level failures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or supplier management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business related.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets, using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
