About My Role:
I am responsible for demand planning to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. My role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the food retail industry.

- Forecasting
Produce accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales insights. Utilising advanced analytics and demand planning software to analyse data and improve forecasting accuracy
- Inventory management
Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock and reducing waste.
- Performance monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, availability and service levels and take corrective actions and prevent repeating errors. Escalate serious service exceptions to my manager in a timely manner
- Collaboration
Share ideas and suggest solutions to improve our demand planning processes with my manager and teammates.
Work closely with commercial, operations, logistics, suppliers and finance teams to align demand planning with business goals and solve daily operation issues.
Support my co-workers to deliver the results and follow up progress.
- Supplier collaboration
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability and work with suppliers to identify and correct the root causes of service level failures.
- Manage my routine
Conduct my daily and weekly duty and routine on time to meet the standard performance matrix.

- Experience
Minimum of 1 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or supplier management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business related.
