Job Description

Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Analyze eCommerce sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, stock levels, and sales trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate product and assortment performance to identify opportunities for optimization, including adding new product lines or adjusting existing assortments.
  • Partner with the online commercial team to define and execute strategies that enhance sales performance and meet business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of business reviews and presentations for leadership, summarizing the overall status, key achievements, and forward-looking strategies for the online business.
  • Support Key Online Project and Business transformation tor reach the KPI (Own Marketplace Model, Omnichannel Transformation, Livestream, Fulfillment From Store)

Product Assortment & Inventory Management

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align on product selection, promotions, and assortment strategies tailored to online customer needs.
  • Actively participate in buying plan discussions with the offline merchandise team to ensure the online assortment supports growth and aligns with customer demand. Gather and analyze online sales data, customer behavior and assortment for all online Sports BU to maximize sales and develop strong buying plan
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability for online channels while avoiding overstock or stockouts.
  • Identify assortment gaps and provide recommendations to enhance product relevance and diversity, focusing on sports and fashion categories.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with all eCommerce commercial teams within Central Retail to share insights, align assortment strategies, and maximize sales performance.
  • Consolidate and analyze performance data from multiple business units to identify opportunities for collaboration and synergy across the organization.

Website Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand.com website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and an optimal user experience.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and sales initiatives that enhance website performance.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements, new features, and a seamless shopping experience.
