Employee Communications Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Internal Communications 
• Support the execution of internal communication activities and campaigns that promote 
corporate culture, employer branding, and employee engagement.
• Assist in drafting content for internal communications (email blast, printed comms) featuring 
business updates, people highlights, community initiatives, and leadership messages.
• Help manage contemporary communication tools, channels, platforms including but not 
limited to email comms, video news, in-house publications, and physical communications. 
• Support the rollout of the employee engagement survey and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Corporate Affairs, PR, CSR, and other teams when needed to ensure message 
consistency.
Events & Administration
• Support bi-yearly Town Hall, Culture Day, Leadership Meetings, employee celebrations, 
seasonal events, etc.
• Provide administrative support related to internal communications and engagement activities.
Employer Branding
• Support coordination with relevant stakeholders (Department Heads, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, 
L&D) for employer branding activities and internal campaigns.
• Assist with logistics and manage local distribution of branding materials such as corporate 
notebooks, corporate wear, corporate gifts.

 

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• Ability to design communication materials and edit video clips (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Creative mindset and basic sense of visual design.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
