ACTIVITIES
1. Investment Analysis and Evaluation (Pre-investment) – accounts for 70% workload
• Develop investment/financial models and perform sensitivity analysis to assess investment returns
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and give advice to the stakeholders
• Prepare presentation/deck/memorandums for the Investment committee
• Participate in end-to-end progress, including financial modeling, market research, and legal assessment.
2. Performance review (Post-investment) – accounts for 30% workload
• Prepare and maintain the Performance tracker in terms of P&L, CAPEX budget,… to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of funding
• To gather insights and advise action plans to stakeholders in order to improve performance
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS

• Be a Key player in developing and evaluating business plans and forecasts, paying particular attention to risk and cost/benefit relationships

• Agile, commercial curiosity, and business acumen.
Education:
- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting/Auditing
- ACCA/CPA qualification is a plus.
Seniority: 1 to 2 years experience.
Language: Fluent in English.
Office skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
Other skills:
- Self-confident; Effective time management; Working under high pressure
