To design and execute high-quality marketing materials across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes creating engaging content, coordinating with the marketing team for new ideas, and participating in campaigns, with additional skills in photography and video creation as a plus.

  • Design Creation: Develop and execute high-quality designs for various marketing and e-commerce platforms, including banners, newsletters, social media, websites, Google Ads, and EDMs.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and corporate identity, including understanding of marketing, production, and multimedia design principles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas and strategies to attract and engage customers.
  • Campaign Participation: Actively contribute to and support all marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and effective design implementation.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing efforts and overall team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience at least 2 years as a graphic designer or in related field.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Good experience and understanding of design principles (colour, layout, typography).
  • A strong eye for visual composition & Attention to Detail.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and juggling multiple ongoing projects.
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role in Retail environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team
  • Photographer & Clip creation is a plus.
