Job Description
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Deliver the agreed sales targets for both online and offline channels while developing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
• Build and implement an operations framework for Vietnam, providing clear and strong leadership for newly created teams to adopt current and new working practices that enhance business performance.
• Organize administrative support for the Vietnam team to resolve day-to-day issues, including customer complaints, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Delivery of the Sales Budget
• Achieve or exceed the sales objective in the Business Plan through periodic brand performance reviews and taking practical and appropriate actions. Taking into consideration Trading Calendar, build organization, training, merchandising, Advertising in compliance with company standards to ensure the desired results are achieved.
• Ensure integrated growth of both online and offline channels, providing support while avoiding cannibalization between the two
• Establish new expansion with proper strategy for market penetration that aligned with brand strategy
2. People Management
• Own the manpower planning and management of team and its staff to achieve work environment which supports and improves team performance.
• Build in reward & recognition (non-financial) to keep the employee morale high.
• Develop staff to provide customer service exceeding customer expectation. To become "The Best" sales team. Work with the local manager to determine staffing requirements for the departments; interviewing, hiring and managing performance.
3. Budget Management
• Offline: Ensure the effectiveness and improvement of store operating costs by monitoring changes in expenditure and discrepancies, as well as communicating efficient resource usage.
• Online: Control the allocated budget and maximize the effectiveness of ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) and sales achievements.
4. Visual Merchandising
Offline:
• Ensure store hygiene, housekeeping, and proper application of marketing materials are maintained in line with company standards. Develop the capabilities of each store team to support all operational functions.
• Organize the resolution of any administrative issues faced by operational stores (e.g., maintenance, equipment malfunctions) to address problems promptly.
• Manage, organize, and implement visual merchandising standards in line with company policies to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Online:
• Understand the guidelines from the principal and implement strategic visuals across all platforms to ensure the best conversion rates.
5. Loss Prevention
• Ensure that the Loss Prevention policies, system & procedures are implemented in all stores and that the discrepancies in stock inventory are investigated in a timely manner to minimize the risk of internal and external loss of store merchandise and revenues.
• Implement the inventory process & contingency action plans to prevent shrinkage. Assess business operations and seek to manage all areas of risk in relation to company policy and procedures to ensure that the stores property and data are protected
6. Cash Management
• To define cash management requirements in each store and establish strong disciplines to protect company cash assets.
7. Policy and Procedures
• Review of all current internal processes and policy relating to operations support and develop and enhance operational policies and procedures for Loss Prevention, Store Operations, Inventory, New Stores Opening and Cash Audit functions across all countries.
8. Store Projects
• Organize the opening, modification, refurbishment or closure of stores in accordance with the Company Development plans and standards.
9. Partnership
• Develop and strengthen the consignment and retailer relationships to establish long term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.
10. Market Intelligence
• Keep abreast of the latest trend in the market with respect to the Product Trends and Brand standards.

Relevant experience within a retail sector in operations and / or sales management.
- Retail Knowledge: Should demonstrate an understanding of the operational and sales requirements of a retail company.
- Computer Literate: Should be competent in basic office skills
- Required to speak English
