1. MISSION To coordinate the export process by bridging manufacturers and international customers, ensuring all commercial and technical terms of the deal are met.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Support: Collect data from stakeholders; build offers and negotiate trading terms (price, lead time, payment).

Technical Alignment: Work with suppliers to secure technical specifications and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Operations & Compliance: Apply Incoterms and manage documentation according to Vietnam's export regulations.

Strategy & Reporting: Implement company’s sales strategy and provide regular updates to the Line Manager.

3. REQUIREMENTS Expertise: Solid understanding of International Trade, Incoterms, and Export procedures.

Technical Skill: Ability to analyze product technicalities to secure the deal.

Communication: Good English for working with overseas customers/importers.

4. ATTITUDE Independent & Cooperative: Capable of handling tasks alone but proactive in team environments.

Detail-oriented: Disciplined in reporting and following company strategy.

Adaptable: Ready to work with diverse suppliers and customers.
