About the role

Central Retail Vietnam is looking for an experienced IT Procurement Supervisor to lead day-to-day IT procurement activities and help strengthen the overall procurement function. Working closely with the Procurement Director, this role oversees the procurement of IT goods and services, supports the performance and development of the procurement team, manages strategic supplier relationships, and drives initiatives that improve cost efficiency, risk control and service quality.

What you will do

Team leadership and procurement planning

• Lead, guide and coordinate the IT procurement team.
• Manage the performance and development of procurement specialists, delegate work and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
• Partner with the Procurement Director to develop procurement strategies, priorities and goals.

Sourcing, contracts and supplier management

• Oversee the procurement of IT goods and services from sourcing through contract execution and ongoing supplier management.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, resolve supplier issues and support compliance with contractual commitments.

Cost, risk and performance management

• Track procurement spend, support forecasting and identify practical cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, escalating material issues when required.
• Prepare reports and analyze key procurement performance indicators to support decision-making.

Process improvement and project delivery

• Review and improve procurement procedures, workflows and controls on an ongoing basis.
• Lead the implementation of tools or technologies that improve procurement efficiency and visibility.
• Manage procurement-related projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
• Communicate project progress clearly and escalate risks, delays or decisions as needed.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor‘s degree in business, supply chain management or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or a similar role, with hands-on exposure to IT procurement strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others, manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software or systems.
