Recruit, select retailers and make the list of prospective tenants – proposing to Leasing Directors/ Head of Leasing.

Work with the Leasing Director in collecting/inspecting all supporting documents to select tenants.

Ensure fair selection, taking into account the current tenant mix, business potential, and appeal to mall customers.

Follow the company’s policies when offering and negotiating lease terms, including both verbal and written offer letters, and lease conditions such as rental fees, service charges, deposit, and fit-out period.

Proceed with leasing application forms, offer letters, deposits, lease agreements, space handovers, rental rates, and service charges once deals are finalized.

Together with the Leasing Director, act as the Account Manager for nationwide tenants or selected shopping malls.

Assist the Leasing Director in monitoring tenants' compliance with leasing conditions and procedures.

Coordinate with the Line Manager (Leasing Director) and Project Manager to ensure tenants’ fit-outs are aligned with project timelines and meet all technical property standards (approval of all drawings, construction schedules, etc.).

Conduct shopping mall/retail space leasing surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, and proactively update new retail concepts.

Manage paperwork such as lease contracts, annexes, and notices to and from tenants.

Control and report tenant records to the Regional Shopping Mall Manager or Assistant Mall Manager.

Prepare and analyze assigned reports.

Immediately inform Regional Directors and the Regional Shopping Mall Manager in the event of emergencies or other urgent matters.

File weekly reports on leasing statistics of new projects to the Regional/National Shopping Mall Director.

Perform other duties as required by job demands and as assigned by Line Managers.
