Responsibilities

• Focus on Casual Leasing tenants
• Recruit, select retailers and make the list of prospective tenants
• Collect, inspect all support documents to select tenants
• Follow the company’s policy when offering and negotiating lease terms, including oral or written offer letter and conditions of retail space leasing such as lease fee, and service charge, deposit, free fit out,…
• Proceed with leasing application form, offer letter, deposit, lease agreement, handover space and leasing rate and service charges if deal closes
• Control tenants under conditions and procedure
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure tenants fitting out timely with Project schedule as well as strictly following GO! Mall Technical standard (approval of all drawings, construction timeline…)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s, College’s degree or any relevant educational program
• Seniority: At least 1–3 years of experience in similar position or in purchasing services/supplies in various fields, or in charge of general services for a subsidiary of an international company in Vietnam
• Language: Fluent English communication. French is an advantage
• Office Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attitude: Honest, Hardworking, Passionate, Positive and Flexible
