RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Market Research activities in database development
- Assist in data consolidation and management
- Support the preparation of field survey materials and evaluation reports
KEY ACTIVITIES
Database Development
- Collect information on urban development plans, population trends, infrastructure, modern retail expansion, and general economic changes, as well as their impact on Vietnam’s retail distribution market
- Monitor and update competitor information (new openings, strategies, etc.)
Data Consolidation & Management
- Support data entry, processing, and management across internal systems
- Assist in data visualization using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth, etc.
Survey & Reporting Support
- Prepare materials and support data processing from field surveys
- Consolidate preliminary reports based on field survey data
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Experience & Knowledge
- Understanding of the Vietnam retail market
- Basic knowledge of legal regulations related to real estate, commerce, and retail distribution
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office and mapping tools (Google Maps, Google Earth, etc.)
- Strong research, analytical, and data collection skills
Soft Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTITUDE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome
- Languages: Proficient in Vietnamese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Attitude: Open-minded, responsible, flexible, eager to learn, and a strong team player
