Job Description

Oversee the strategic planning, management, and development of a specific brand to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

1. Brand Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, setting clear targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

2. Sales and Business Development:

  • Manage and grow the brand's retails and wholesale business, identifying new distribution channels and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions and optimize inventory levels.

3. Marketing and Communications:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Manage social media channels, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies and other external partners on marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

4. Merchandising and Inventory:

  • Make buying plans based on sales data and inventory levels to optimize product assortment.
  • Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels for all categories.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product deliveries.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Develop and execute customer loyalty programs to foster brand advocacy.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns.

6. Team Management and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of brand associates, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and market performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance and key metrics.

Job Requirements:
