Job Description
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and optimize product names, descriptions, key attributes, and feature highlights.
- Ensure content consistency across all platforms in tone, structure, and branding.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly) to support scalable content writing, translation, and enhancement.
- Localize content in Vietnamese and/or English with customer relevance and cultural accuracy.
- Collaborate with merchandising, photo, retouch, and design teams to ensure complete and high-quality content assets.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility across all channels.
- Stay updated on keyword trends and use AI-powered keyword tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, SEMrush AI) for content optimization.
- Monitor content performance through KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and bounce rate; adjust strategies accordingly.
Data Management & Quality Control
- Review and refine raw product data from merchandise teams; ensure accurate categorization, attributes, size charts, and grouping.
- Maintain data integrity by checking for duplication, errors, and completeness.
- Work closely with the Product Content Team and QA to ensure no content backlog.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align with online merchandising, marketing, digital, and marketplace teams for promotional content and campaigns.
- Coordinate timelines with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet go-live deadlines.
Process Improvement & AI Integration
- Contribute to building content SOPs and frameworks using AI to streamline writing, QA, and publishing.
- Explore new technologies to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., AI product attribute extraction, auto-translation, product summarization).
- Share AI-related insights and tools with the content team to enhance team productivity and performance.
