Job Description
- Supervise and manage new supermarket development projects and commercial projects of existing stores, ensuring progress and expected results.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Merchandise, Opening,..etc.) and external partners to collect necessary information on time; report directly to the Head Of Operations
- Prepare, consolidate, and present project progress reports to related departments.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations on the ongoing at the supermarket, the set-up activities for the new store,... and provide proposed solutions
- Follow up leasing plans and support initiatives to improve and enhance the shopping mall model.
- Propose and implement strategies to improve management systems and evaluate supermarket performance.
- Support mini go! brand development and assist in marketing activities.
- Organize meetings, manage correspondence, and arrange business trips (air tickets, accommodation, schedules) when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors to ensure project and store operations run effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Assistant/Executive Assistant, especially in Retail, CVS, or F&B.
- Ability to work under high pressure; eager to learn, quick and adaptable.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and well-organized.
- Good command of English communication and proficiency in MS Office.
