Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Assets, HQ/QA, Supply chain and Store Operations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of food-related initiatives (e.g., new product launches, store layout changes, supplier transitions).
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Analyze data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational policies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Food Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in food retail or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and merchandising.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fresh food categories (produce, meat, dairy, bakery).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and retail compliance.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Lean methodologies is a clear advantage.
- Knowledge in AI is also a plus.
