MISSION

To support risk team in establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s risk management structure, processes, and frameworks in alignment with the CRC Risk Management Framework. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Risk framework and governance
- Support risk team on implementation of risk framework (in alignment with CRC Risk Framework)
- Support risk team in risk reporting and escalation framework and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders
- Support risk team on establishing CRV risk governance structure
2. Risk identification & assessment
- Support risk team to develop an up-to-date Group-wide risk heat map with risk owners and mitigation plans
- Identify key risks exposures and evaluate emerging risks
- Support risk team to record and address incidents via a dedicated report
3. Risk monitoring and mitigation
- Align with risk team on risks indicators (KRIs) and support on effective implementation and follow up of risk mitigation plans
4. Project Management Support
Assist risk teams on projects as approved by risk committee, such as business continuity plan (system outage, site disruption,
environmental waist incidents and supply chain disruption).
The assistant manager will support the risk team on:
- Performing a risk assessment and business impact assessment (“BIA”)
- Development of response strategies, including updating communication plans and recovery procedures
- Assist CRV BU/SU in creation of playbooks, scenarios and training
- Assist CRV BU/SU in testing BCP
5. Support Head of Risk Mgt in ESG liaison with CRC Teams
QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and governance structures.
• Retail or FMCG background is preferred.
• Fluent in English is a must, strong communication skills and highly experience in stakeholder management.
• Critical thinking, attention to details, passionate and result oriented, capacity to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
