Mission
The Site Developer is responsible for preparing and implementing investment projects, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements, building relationships with authorities and partners, and supporting the Board of Directors in decision-making to maximize CRV’s benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal & Compliance: Research, analyze, and report on legal regulations related to investment projects; ensure projects comply with laws on land, construction, and investment.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and key partners to facilitate project approvals and new opportunities.
- Site Appraisal: Review, evaluate, and propose potential project sites; prepare feasibility studies and submit reports for approval.
- Project Management: Monitor project progress, coordinate across departments, and ensure compliance with CRV’s policies and timelines (investment approval, planning, land use rights, contracts, etc.).
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, proposals, and project files; ensure proper storage and compliance with company regulations.
- Problem Solving & Negotiation: Identify risks, propose solutions, and negotiate with stakeholders to safeguard CRV’s objectives.
- Strategic Contribution: Support the development of short, medium, and long-term site development strategies.

- Knowledge: Strong legal and administrative knowledge; good understanding of Vietnam’s real estate market, especially in Hanoi and Northern provinces.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Management, Construction, or Project Management (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in real estate investment, architecture, construction, or project management, preferably in foreign-invested/international companies.
- Language: Good English (4 skills).
- Office Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Earth, AutoCAD.
- Attitude: Confident, responsible, proactive, open-minded, eager to learn, and committed to company growth.
