MISSION/ SUMMARY
Standard& concept ensures optimal strategy and execution monitoring for displaying products at stores by collaborating with Buyers, Store Manager,Project team in order to achieve commercial and financial strategy goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Layout Planning
  • Develop category-based layouts for:
  • New store openings
  • Store renovation / re-layout projects
  • New Fresh Food & F&B concepts (Bakery, Deli, Kitchen, Ready-to-eat, Signature lines, etc.)
  • Design layouts for both:
  • Front of House: selling areas, service counters
  • Back of House: production areas, preparation rooms, kitchens, storage
B. Equipment & Small Tools Planning
  • Define and finalize equipment and small tools lists by category, including:
  • Refrigeration and frozen units
  • Service counters and display furniture
  • Kitchen and production equipment
  • Small tools
C. Project Coordination & Progress Tracking
  • Coordinate and track project progress with internal and external stakeholders:
  • Design and construction teams
  • Fresh Food/F&B dept & Stores
  • Control project execution in terms of:
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Layout accuracy and implementation quality
  • Store readiness prior to opening
  • Participate in on-site fors support and handover activities related to Fresh dept scoope
D. Visual Merchandising Guidelines
  • Develop and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines for Fresh Food & F&B, including:
  • Category display principles and zoning
  • Display flow, focal points and storytelling
  • Standards for signage, POSM and price communication
E. Standardization & Continuous Improvement
  • Build, maintain and continuously improve system standards, including:
  • Standard layouts by category
  • Standard equipment and fixture lists
  • Display dimensions, modules and facing rules
  • Review post-opening performance and operational feedback to:
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Enhance layout efficiency and VM effectiveness
  • Support future concept upgrades and roll-out
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, contrustion, Visual Merchandise or related fields
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in:
  • Retail layout planning and/or visual merchandising
  • Strong preference for Fresh Food, F&B, hypermarket or supermarket formats
  • Proven experience in:
  • New store openings and renovation projects
  • In-store production concepts (Bakery, Deli, Kitchen, etc.
COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of Fresh Food & F&B operations
  • Commercial mindset with focus on sales per sqm and productivity
  • Solid project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to translate concepts into practical, scalable standards
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
