JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for managing the production process of promotional materials, creating and establishing communication activities through organized events to promote the business operations of Food Retail.
- Work closely with the Brochure team as well as other departments to ensure a smooth preparation for the catalogue launch:
- Inform relevant departments about the catalogue release plan to gather promotional information and event programs.
- Review and edit catalogue drafts to ensure compliance with Brand and Identity guidelines.
- Monitor and motivate staff within the department regarding daily tasks.
- Inform the Stores about the completion of the catalogue for informing/registration with the local DoIT.
- Research the catalogue plan and communication strategy to ensure timely work schedule adherence.
- Final check of partner invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Research & implement new event ideas and promotional programs throughout the year.
- Other tasks as required by job duties and assigned by upper management.

- Knowledge of marketing tools, understanding customers
- Knowledge of accessing resources and market trends
2. Experience:
- Planning skills, execution management, and reporting.
- Negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Ability to create concise reports and deliver effective presentations.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE:
1. Education: University degree
2. Seniority: At least 2 years of experience in event management or marketing/communications/advertising in the retail industry or relevant
3. Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
4. Office skills: Microsoft Office
5. Attitude: Creative, able to work well under pressure, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
