Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate large-scale systems: Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, cloud services, monitoring, backup & DR
- Implement and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
- Own and support ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Request, and Escalation
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and service quality
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable IT service delivery
- Contribute to process improvement and engineering best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing large-scale systems (Linux, Windows, Open-source)
- Hands-on experience with server and storage systems (Dell, HPE, IBM)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu, SUSE Enterprise Linux
- Familiarity with databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web services (NGINX, Apache, IIS)
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes
