Job Description (Logistics Executive - Reverse Logistics):

• Quality Control products inbounded to South & North Warehouses
• Manage stock transfer and stock accuracy on system
• Manage transportation (planning, checking billing, issues..)
• Work with operations to resolve issues related to stock transfer (transportation, stock on system, pickup schedules and plans..)
• Manage packaging stocks & orders (nylons, cartons, tapes..).
• Handle monthly & adhoc payment for transportation, packaging..
• Manage contracts with vendors
• Manage weekly and monthly reports (for internal and external uses)
• Control defective stocks and plan disposal schedules

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, transport operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, results-driven, and aggressive in achieving goals ("get things done" attitude).
