MISSION/ SUMMARY

Data assisatnt ensures to support for data result of Sale development team and Admin task of fresh food team

RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Data assistant
• Analyst performance of promotion together with MKT specialist
• Collect information to do Newsletter
• Running report sale
• Repair presentation for Fresh commercial director
B. Admin
• Manage admin task for Fres food director
• Manage booking air ticker, hotel, car for fresh food team
• In-charge for stationary ordering
• Some ad-hoc if any

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance, accounting or related fields
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in:
• Admin task
• Data running
• Excellent on using Excel, Powerpoint, PI..
