Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
- Analyze consumer trends, market insights, and emerging food & beverage innovations to identify growth opportunities and category development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams to develop new products, seasonal offerings, menu innovations, and category expansion plans aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Lead menu development, recipe standardization, product lifecycle management, assortment optimization, and continuous product improvement.
- Own category sales, gross margin, profitability, food cost, and key commercial KPIs.
- Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure product quality, supply continuity, innovation capability, and cost competitiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, contracts, rebates, and promotional support to maximize category performance.
- Develop pricing architecture, promotional strategies, and commercialization plans to drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure product quality consistency, recipe compliance, food safety standards, and operational execution across stores.
- Monitor category performance, customer feedback, and market developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare business reviews, category performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Category Management, Product Development, Commercial, or Operations within Retail, F&B, Convenience Store, Café Chain, or Food Service environments.
- Proven experience in beverage category management, menu development, recipe standardization, and product innovation.
- Strong understanding of category management principles, pricing strategy, promotion planning, and P&L management.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
