JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare tax declaration dossiers and submit monthly/quarterly/annual tax payment requests.
- Reconcile and ensure consistency between accounting records, tax authority data, and tax declarations.
- Provide guidance and respond to basic tax-related inquiries, as well as other related issues; propose solutions for business units to ensure the CRV’s best tax interests.
- Research, update, propose, and participate in drafting and revising tax-related regulations and procedures within CRV.
- Collect information and documents and prepare reports for working with competent authorities during tax audits and inspection.
- Coordinate and prepare annual financial statements and other statutory reports.
- Perform ad-hoc accounting and tax assignments.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
- BA in Finance, Business, Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with preference given to candidates with experience in taxation, or tax consulting.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Sharp, meticulous, accurate, and capable of making decisions
- Experience handling ERP accounting software like SAP or AX is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the tax and accounting system in Vietnam
- Advanced skill in MS Excel
- Education: Bachelor‘s Degreee - Accounting, Finance
- Seniority: : 2-3 years
