Function : Training

• Train new staff and enhance professional knowledge for team of his/her own department

• Assist in elaborating training modules in his/her own sector of competency

• Based on Purchasing center’s needs, assist in professional training or creation of product and recipe

• Evaluate in time the professionalism of team in place and validate the tests to determine levels of professional workers.

 Function : Monitor/ Control KPI

• Provide professional support for store in his/ her own scope

• Ensure and improve quality level and turnover of department assigned

 Function : Consult technique for existing and opening stores

• Propose to Sales Development Director solutions to improve product quality

• Support for opening of new store in his/her own professional scope + in nationwide if needed Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

 Working Hours: Open contract same as Store Operation. Basically, Tuesday to Saturday. 06h00 to 15h00 or 07h00 to 16h00. Based at GO! ALC.
