Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate large-scale systems: Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, cloud services, monitoring, backup & DR
  • Implement and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Own and support ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Request, and Escalation
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and service quality
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable IT service delivery
  • Contribute to process improvement and engineering best practices

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing large-scale systems (Linux, Windows, Open-source)
  • Hands-on experience with server and storage systems (Dell, HPE, IBM)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu, SUSE Enterprise Linux
  • Familiarity with databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web services (NGINX, Apache, IIS)
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes
