Responsibilities
Propose and Implement the most efficient Commercial Strategy for the Bakery Department including the following actions:
- Build a reliable Financial Result, controlling the sales and the benefits of the items.
- Acknowledge the Market Evolution throught a constant collection of information.
- Maintain a Clear Assortment following direction of Manager and Quality of DataEstablish coherent.
- Edit rigorous Technical Files / Recipes for the Bakery Department’s items.
- Select the right raw materials and suppliers to elaborate the Recipes of the Bakery Department.
- Optimize the Purchase Plan throught rigorous and integre relationship with the suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Company’s departments: HQ, Finance, HR, Marketing, Assets, Operation, Corporate…
- Travel occasionnaly in Vietnam to meet suppliers.
- Coach the staffs under his/her management to develop their ability.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3 + years experience in Food Retail Industry, Bakery production. 3 years in team management.
Language: English Level Intermediate to Proficient (Oral comprehension/ speak/ read/ write)
Office skills: Familiar with Microsoft Serie Word, Excel, Power Point
Attitude: Integrity, Resilient, Ambitious, Passionated, Patient, Independent, Cooperative, Curious & Teaching.
ABILITIES & SKILLS
- Knowledge of Bakery Retail industry.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures.
- Administrative knowledge at Items Management, financing process and local commercial law
- Customer-focused.
