Main Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on laws and regulations relating to real estate, project transfer, land registration, construction…
• Advise on deal structures for expansion and development of supermarkets and/or commercial centers
• Identify and mitigate legal risks relating to commercial and real estate transactions
• Provide advice and propose solutions in order to secure supermarket/ commercial center expansion/development projects
• Draft, update and review major contracts such as land lease agreement, building lease agreement, project transfer contracts, assets transfer agreements, share purchase contracts, construction contracts and other related legal documents
• Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partners…
• Make translations in English and Vietnamese languages if needed
• Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Head of Real Estate Legal.

Competencies

Education  : Bachelor of law (Legal Practice Certificate is a plus)

Experience : 3-5 years of legal professional practice (reputable Vietnam law firms, foreign law firms,  MNC in Vietnam)

Attitude: Hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

Language:  native in Vietnamese, fluent in English

Computers skills : proficient in MS Office.

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge in legal matters relating to real estate, projects and foreign investment
• Professional background in retail and commercial sector.
