Commercial Non-food Intern

ACTIVITIES

1. Product Research & Portfolio Management

  • Assist in analyzing market movements to identify customer trends and preferences.
  • Support the upkeep and adjustment of product portfolios in accordance with internal policies.
  • Review sales figures and inventory status to recommend improvements in product performance.

2. Supplier Relations & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Category Manager to manage supplier interactions, including agreements and delivery commitments.
  • Communicate with suppliers to solve issues regarding logistics, product quality, or pricing.
  • Track supplier-led promotions and ensure they align with campaign objectives.

3. Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Provide input for promotional concepts and contribute to campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to maintain consistency in promotional materials and messaging.

4. Operations Support & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Handle documentation and communicate updates to stores on pricing, product quality, and supplier matters.
  • Collaborate with other Category Managers to synchronize goals and exchange campaign insights.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoice handling, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of outstanding amounts.

5. Business Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Compile recurring reports on pricing, sales performance, and stock levels.
  • Conduct analytical reviews to support decisions on product assortment and promotional initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Required Background & Attributes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

Experience Level

  • Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience required

Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Technical Skills

  • Solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

BENEFITS

Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Work location: 163 Phan Dang Luu, Phuong Cau Kieu, Ho Chi Minh City

Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month + parking fee.
