MISSION
Real Estate Legal Manager handle all legal matters in all real estate/project sector including but not limited to risk management of RE project, deal structure proposal, project due diligence, drafting and negotiating real estate/projects contracts, preparation of all related legal documents and in conducting legal procedure for implementation of real estate/project transactions and to manage in full all legal matters relating to the RE project.
ACTIVITIES
- Provide legal advice on laws and regulations relating to real estate, project transfer, land registration, construction…
- Advise on deal structures for expansion and development of supermarkets and/or commercial centers
- Identify and mitigate legal risks relating to commercial and real estate transactions
- Provide advice and propose solutions in order to secure supermarket/ commercial center expansion/development projects
- Draft, update and review major contracts such as land lease agreement, building lease agreement, project transfer contracts, assets transfer agreements, share purchase contracts, construction contracts and other related legal documents
- Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partners…
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Head of Project Legal.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in legal matters relating to real estate, projects and foreign investment
- Professional background in retail and commercial sector.

Education : Bachelor of law (Legal Practice Certificate is a plus)
Experience : 7-10 years of legal professional practice (reputable Vietnam law firms, foreign law firms, MNC in Vietnam).
Attitude: Hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Language: fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Computers skills : proficient in MS Office.
