About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Engineering Manager to lead our web and mobile development teams. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance retail platforms that deliver seamless digital experiences to millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers.

• Drive the design and development of responsive web applications and mobile apps (iOS/Android).

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX, and stakeholders to align requirements with business goals.

• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, and best practices.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.

• Stay updated with new technologies and promote innovation within the team.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience in web frontend and mobile application development, including at least 3 years in a team lead or managerial role.

• Strong technical expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and mobile development (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android).

• Experience with RESTful APIs/GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Detox).

• Proven leadership and people management skills, including mentoring and team building.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice-to-have:

• Backend knowledge, especially C#/.NET.

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of technical talent.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
