RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the CMS project team in daily operations through task coordination, user support, and project documentation management. This role ensures smooth collaboration among stakeholders, timely task progress tracking, and effective CMS system adoption through training and user support activities, while supporting system-related administrative coordination for the project team.
ACTIVITIES
1.1. Support CMS Project Task Tracking and Coordination
- Track and update the progress of project tasks to ensure timely completion and project alignment.
- Support basic coordination activities related to CMS system implementation and project workflows.
1.2. Support User Training and CMS User Assistance
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for end users.
- Support users during the process of using the CMS system.
- Assist the project team in receiving and responding to user issues and inquiries.
- Log and follow up on basic user issues related to the CMS system.
1.3. Support Documentation Finalization and Translation
- Translate project documents.
- Standardize training materials and system documents according to requirements and guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and finalizing other project documents such as meeting minutes and related records.
1.4. Administrative Support
- Arrange meeting schedules and book meeting rooms.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items after meetings.
1.5. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of office workflows and internal systems (additional training will be provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for task tracking and document handling.
- Ability to read, understand, and translate basic English–Vietnamese documents.
- Logical thinking and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Interest in systems, digital platforms, or IT-related project support is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills
- Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Strong awareness of information confidentiality.
- Good basic communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to organize personal tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to support users and the project team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTITUDE
- Education: Majoring in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience: Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome.
- Attitude: Serious, enthusiastic, well-organized, highly self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); IT-related technical skills are an advantage.
