MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation of executive-level reports (monthly, quarterly) for leadership and shareholders
- Transform complex business data into clear, impactful insights and narratives
- Craft compelling storylines that highlight performance, opportunities, and strategic direction
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to align messaging with shareholder expectations
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs into a cohesive view of business performance
- Support Board and shareholder meetings with high-quality materials and insights
- Continuously enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and storytelling approaches.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or finance (retail is a plus)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to strategic insights
- Excellent storytelling skills — able to turn data into clear, executive-ready messages
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus
- Excellent communication and strong coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, yet able to think strategically and see the bigger picture
- Proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
