Main Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share across fresh categories.
- Market Survey:
Investigate the Food Market situation and evolution, collect useful data on Consumers, Study Customers behavior. Provide an analysis with Realistic Target and Measurable Action Plans.
- Store Layout & Equipment Standards:
Define, source and implement standardized layouts and equipment specifications to optimize product visibility and operational efficiency.
- Staff Training:
Design and roll out training programs to enhance product knowledge, Buying and selling skills, for operation and commercial execution in the Fresh Food teams.
- Promotional & Customer Communication:
Build and manage communication plans for promotional items and customer-facing messaging to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Retail Execution:
Ensure consistent in-store execution through regular audits, performance tracking, and collaboration with store teams.
Requirements
Competencies:
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results.
Seniority: 5+ years in sales or commercial roles within retail Food dpt, ideally in Fresh Food.
Language: Fluent in English
Office skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
