Main Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support (25%)

  • Coordinate recruitment activities for junior positions.
  • Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and internal channels.
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, career talks, and campus activities.
  • Support offer preparation and pre-boarding activities.

2. HR Administration (60%)

Onboarding & Employee Documentation and Data

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and welcome packages.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee records and personnel files.
  • Ensure employee information is accurately updated in HR systems.
  • Prepare employment labor contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain and update employee master data.
  • Ensure personnel files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and labor regulations.

3. Employer Branding, Projects & Other Support (15%)

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing social media recruitment content and employer branding activities.
  • Participate in M&A-related HR integration activities when required.
  • Support HR events, engagement programs, and other HR projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

Language: Good command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.

Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS, ATS, E-Hiring systems, or recruitment platforms is preferred.

Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded, responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience : 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Administration, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
