Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support (25%)
- Coordinate recruitment activities for junior positions.
- Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and internal channels.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, career talks, and campus activities.
- Support offer preparation and pre-boarding activities.
2. HR Administration (60%)
Onboarding & Employee Documentation and Data
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and welcome packages.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Ensure employee information is accurately updated in HR systems.
- Prepare employment labor contracts, and other HR documents.
- Maintain and update employee master data.
- Ensure personnel files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and labor regulations.
3. Employer Branding, Projects & Other Support (15%)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing social media recruitment content and employer branding activities.
- Participate in M&A-related HR integration activities when required.
- Support HR events, engagement programs, and other HR projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Language: Good command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS, ATS, E-Hiring systems, or recruitment platforms is preferred.
Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded, responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience : 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Administration, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
