ACTIVITIES
Follow-up on Trade Plan process compliance once validated
Once validated, ensure the respect of the briefings and catalogue rules with Category
Development Managers and marketing team
Anticipate risks and prepare teams for timely offer submission and campaign validation
Performance Monitoring, Data analysis and dashboarding
Support weekly performance reviews with BI insights and root cause analysis
Follow-up on dashboard creation in line with IT team
Recommend improvements to boost performance and simplify campaign tracking
Trade Plan Data Accuracy & Compliance
Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure reliable and accurate data inputs (esp. Category Development Manager and Sourcing Executive for Master Data updates on product lists, etc.)
Maintain and update campaign data in Master Data systems (Gold, MDT, MPS, etc.)
Ensure data consistency across all tools and divisions
COMPETENCIES
Functional skills:
Strong capability in sales data analysis and reporting (sales, margin, pricing, promotions)
Solid understanding of retail KPIs within Non-Food categories (sell-through, GM, stock rotation, promo effectiveness)
Experience in master data management (SKU, pricing, product attributes, lifecycle tracking)
Ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources (stores, merchandising, supply chain, sourcing)
Good awareness of trade plan execution, promotions, and in-store activation processes.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related fields
Experience : 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Category Support, …
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in English
Office skills: proficient in MS Office, Excel, …
Attitude: Hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
