Sales Support Executive

MISSION

Ensure seamless execution and coordination of commercial activities to assist the Category Development Manager in delivering their operational priorities.

SCOPE : Assigned categories

 

ACTIVITIES

Category and Business Performance Monitoring

Prepare and update sales and performance reports (e.g., sales, margin, pricing, promotions)

Consolidate data from offline and online channels to support profitability tracking

Trade Plan and Product Activation Support

Follow up trade plan execution across VM, promotions, and stores

Coordinate with stores and sourcing teams to collect feedback, solve issues, and ensure timely activation

Assist with product input and documentation for activations

Assortment and Master Data Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data (SKUs, pricing, specs)

Monitor product lifecycle: listing, delisting, rotation, and exit strategy tracking

Support SKU compliance and validation during assortment updates

Administrative and Communication Coordination

Prepare commercial briefs and summaries for internal validation and sourcing

Schedule and document meetings, category reviews, and follow-up actions

Act as point of contact for routine inquiries from stores, supply chain, and suppliers.

 

COMPETENCIES

Functional skills:

Strong capability in sales data analysis and reporting (sales, margin, pricing, promotions)

Solid understanding of retail KPIs within Non-Food categories (sell-through, GM, stock rotation, promo effectiveness)

Experience in master data management (SKU, pricing, product attributes, lifecycle tracking)

Ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources (stores, merchandising, supply chain, sourcing)

Good awareness of trade plan execution, promotions, and in-store activation processes.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related fields

Experience : 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Category Support, …

Language: Fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in English

Office skills: proficient in MS Office, Excel, …

Attitude: Hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
