Main Responsibilities

Identify qualified origins and suppliers; propose new suppliers and products in line with customer needs, company ethics, and Vietnam regulations.

Lead sourcing strategy, RFQ, and price negotiations aligned with the annual purchasing plan.

Ensure product availability and promotional execution through effective import planning.

Manage end-to-end import order follow-up from shipment to store readiness; anticipate, resolve, and escalate issues when needed.

Review and improve sourcing, product specification, contracts, logistics, quality control, and loss prevention procedures to minimize cost and risk.

Coordinate closely with suppliers, internal teams, and Quality/Hygiene to support new SKU listing and compliance.

Monitor market trends, shopper behavior, and competitors to drive category and business development.

Support team activities including sourcing projects, sample handling, reporting, and system updates.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in international trading, import–export, or related fields

Strong knowledge of international trade practices and retail business operations

Solid background in FMCG / Fresh Food products across global markets

Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written & spoken)

Strong time management, multitasking skills, and ability to work under pressure
