RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and maintain data within the system accurately and efficiently.
KEY ACTIVITIES
1. Manage data quality in the central G.O.L.D system
- Collect, analyze, and classify system data
- Identify and resolve data errors
- Research and develop tools for data quality control
- Perform data cleansing
- Achieve assigned KPIs
2. Perform data entry tasks
- Input data into systems (G.O.L.D and Vynamic)
- Identify and report potential risks during data entry processes
3. Take ownership of new data-related projects
- Develop testing plans
- Measure project effectiveness in terms of data entry and data management impact
- Deploy projects across teams
4. Handle other assigned tasks
- Develop internal guidelines/manuals for the Data Management team
- Train and onboard new staff
- Create new templates and guide relevant departments on their usage
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Experience & Knowledge:
- Academic background: Economics, Information Technology (applied)
- Practical experience in: Retail market, G.O.L.D/Vynamic systems, Data management
Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills to monitor and predict data issues
- Logical thinking and methodological approach to organize system data
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Management Skills:
- Strong time management skills
Other Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTITUDE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Language: English (basic level or above)
- Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attitude: Can-do mindset, proactive, and responsible
