Responsible for managing the Homeline category (bedding, pillows, mattresses) to achieve sales and profit targets. Develop category strategy, manage assortment and suppliers, and ensure product competitiveness and visibility in stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan assortment and pricing based on market trends and customer insights.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best quality, cost, and terms.
- Monitor sales, margin, stock levels, and product lifecycle.
- Manage promotions with Marketing to drive category growth.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and other teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Category Management or Buying (preferably in Homeline/Household).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Good English communication.
